Mindful breathing and meditation, like music, are supporting pillars of my life!

I have over 30 years of intensive experience in various meditation techniques, which I incorporate into my work and am happy to share in individual work and groups as needed. I am a meditation leader of the Two Heart Meditation of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.

I feel at home in active as well as passive forms of meditation.

Currently I offer breathing and sound meditations, Om meditations, dance meditations ( Mevlevitanz ) and the Two Hearts meditation once a month.

Of course, I deepen and expand my meditation experiences daily, a never-ending process.

Individual meditation times are possible at any time by arrangement, of course also online!
